Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy helps people with deeper routed Psychological problems that have built up over a long period of time. It will help you understand your feelings, thoughts and actions more clearly.

Psychotherapy is a longer-term process of treatment that identifies emotional issues and the background to problems and difficulties.

As an integrative therapist I combine both psychotherapy and counselling, so you can get the answers you need to move forward with a better understanding of who you are.

There are many different approaches that I can use to help and support you. I believe we are not all the same, so whilst one type of therapy may help one person it may not help another. Therefore I am experienced in many different approaches to therapy, I work in a safe, relaxing and quiet environment.

I am passionate about helping people and care about their well-being.

As a member of The National counselling society and The National Hypnotherapy Society I abide by their strict Code of Ethics.
